Please note, the identity will need to have been terminated at least 24 hours before actioning the below steps.
*Optional* Increase the number of identities shown per-page using the control at the bottom right of the identity list page. This will allow you to multi-select more items. Multi-selecting items works on page 1 only. If you need to operate on even more, you can add more options to the "items per page" selector. Navigate to System > Settings > Application. Scroll down to List item amounts - this will enable you to select more items to delete larger quantities in bulk. If you do have many Identities to delete we would advise to delete in batches of no more than 250.
Navigate to Identities, select the top check box to enable all rows selected.
Scroll down to the bottom and click 'Multi-select'
Check that each Identity shown in the multi-select list is one you want to remove, if the list is wrong click the 'Return to list' link in the top left.
Navigate to the 'Delete' Tab in the menu on the left.
If any of the selected Identities cannot be deleted, the Delete tab will be greyed and a message shown on the delete page. Otherwise on the Delete page click the 'Delete' button.
A background task will be started, you can view this task to verify that the delete action has been performed, navigate to System > Tasks.
You should now no longer see the selected users appear in the Identity table, verify by checking this.
